What We Do Together As Neighbors

The Roads

The purpose of the MSLA is primarily as a mechanism for keeping our private gravel roads updated and safe. Our roads are maintained by the MSLA, not Bastrop County. Each landowner in our association currently pays dues of $120 per year, which goes towards the maintenance of our roads and the operating expenses of the MSLA. Dues invoices for the upcoming year are sent in early November, with payment due by January 31st.

Road maintenance has been run by a dedicated group of volunteers over the years, and we aim to remain connected to support this mission.
